Not a good day for me... I got late.. Damn it. I'm getting too complacent once again and I hate it. I hope I'd change. I hate myself for being like this. I know it's not good. I'm getting impatient with my calls. I don't know. I just don't feel being a very patient representative. Anyway, I know I'll get over with this.
Good thing, I got a 65% score in my June scorecard. 85% is the passing score and though I failed, I will still get performance bonus. I'll just continue to follow the QA guidelines for me to avoid penalization. My goal is to get more than 92% for my Miami QA score because I only got 88% for June.
