Hate this day

What a day.

First, I found out a news that will change my life. Yes it will change my life. It marked the end of the road that I have traveled on. Say goodbye to your dreams. Anyway I expected it. I just didn't expected that early.

Second, I'm one minute late. I thought I could start the year without being late. Here I am again.

Third, queueing. A very lazy friday but it's queueing. My Average Handling Time is too high, got 2 escalated calls and got half of the shift with my Team Lead barging in. I so hate this day.

This is just what I want to say. I'm trying so hard to perform my job. I know I'm performing. I just can't meet my targets. I'm not resting on calls. I can't be perfect. I'm still learning. I know it's understandable.
