I've watched Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

I've just watch the movie Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen at SM City Cebu. The movie was fantastic! More actions, more close ups for the autobots and decepticons, and most of all, more MEGAN FOX!!! She's really gorgeous. Anyway, I really enjoyed watching the movie. Kudos to the makers of the special effects. It's so breath-taking, and it seems so real. I thought Optimus would die forever, but thanks to Sam, he was able to bring Optimus back to life. Megatron is still alive. I liked the twin robots, Mudslap and Skid. They're very funny. Shia's acting is remarkable especially on the scene that he's seeing the images on his mind. Great job to Michael Bay! He made this movie worth watching.

Michael Jackson - Dead

The King of Pop, Michael Jackson just died Thursday afternoon due to cardiac arrest. What a shocker. We don't expect that his death would be that early. That's how life goes. We don't know when it will be taken from us. Hope he rests in peace..

Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen

One of the most anticipated movie this year will hit the silver screen once again. The Autobots and the Decepticons are back in their sequel Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. I'm really looking forward to watching this movie. In fact, today is the showing of this movie here in Philippines. I'm on a day off today, but tomorrow's gonna be my payday so most likely I'll be able to watch this movie on my next day off. I'm so excited. I really like this movie! The first movie of Transformes was very great. The special effects were amazing. It seems like they're real and their transformation from being a vehicle to a robot was very realistic. I know this sequel will be much better and exciting. Good thing, Michael Bay is still the director.

Being Employed at Qualfon

I know it's not good to complain (well I'm not complaining), but there are also complements.. Here's my observation at Qualfon so far.

PROS
- Equal opportunity company.
- No need to look for supervisors for sup calls, just transfer to the supervisor extension
- 2 shifts only, morning and afternoon
- 7 hours of work per day
- Account is somewhat simple, since we're all familiar with cell phones.
- You may not auto-in at the exact time of your supposedly time-in.
- Free Iced tea, juice and water


CONS
- Crew brief almost everyday and lasts for almost 2 hours and that's free
- IMO, the QA guidelines and scoring were kinda unfair. 1 simple mistake could mean 10 points.
- Scorecard is also not balanced. Example, for QA Scores, getting 95 - 100% average will give you 22.5% on the scorecard, getting 90 - 92% will only give you 16% and getting 85-89% will only give you 8%. That's a big difference between 22.5 and 8%. Transfer rate is also included in the scorecard which is sometimes uncontrollable. Not meeting 8% target will get you a whopping 0% out of the 15% passing rate. This will give you an automatic 85% on the scorecard even if you made a perfect score in all areas.
- Day offs change almost every week.
- No Over the Counter transactions and you cannot deposit in your ATM account.
- Number of cubicles is sometimes not enough for agents. Sometimes we need to get upstairs and we'll log in there.
- Foods at the canteen cost dollars
- Sometimes there's no supervisor who will assist you if you need assistance


So far, I'm enjoying my stay here. I just hope that I'll be regularized so that I won't have a hard time in applying in other companies if I decided to leave.

My Powerful Desktop

Day off. This was the only time that I can buy a computer. I thought it was very easy to buy a good computer. Just identify what part you need, choose the brand, and pay. I thought that's what all it is about. I've got only 20500php cash in hand and I need to purchase all that I need to complete a running desktop: Motherboard, Processor, Hard Drive, Memory, DVD-RW, CPU casing, and monitor. I'll just purchase a video card in some later time if I got cash. I'm thinking whether I'll buy at PC Express or at PC Quickbuys. PC Express is very popular, but PC Quickbuys' prices were cheaper and I'm considering the cash at hand. So after hours of deciding, computing and thinking where will I go, I finally made up my mind to purchase all the parts at PC Quickbuys. Actually, Kuya Jayson wanted me to purchase these at PC Express but I don't think that I'll be able to buy all if I do so. Anyway, I'm just thinking they've got same parts, same brands, but different prices, so I'll go for the cheaper :D..

Pretty good specs, but the Monitor is so humiliating. Hahahaha.. I would've bought an LCD Monitor but the remaining cash after I completed the system unit is insufficient. Anyway, I'll probably buy an LCD Monitor in the future, unless Kuya gave one.. Hahaha.. But I'll do upgrade this by adding a video card and I'll also try to hook up an internet connection. Well this will all depend on my salary.

I'm indeed lucky that I've got a very generous and unselfish best friend :D.. Anyway, we have deal to make a project. It's a website and we'll earn through ads. I hope I could make it because I don't want to fail him and that's basically the reason why he decided to give me cash to purchase this desktop. So I'm gonna put my best foot forward to make that project possible and I'll take good care of this PC. I hope that this won't have the same fate as the laptop that he also gave me. And I hope that someday, I will be able to return all the favors he done for me. I know I will.

I just received that 22,000php that my best friend Kuya Jayson sent for me to buy a desktop. Yay! After 4 long months of drudgery living without a computer, finally I'll be alive again :D.. I'll now be able to study more programming languages this time and I'll make our project website a success :D..

Probationary Period Starts... Now..

It's my first day as a probationary and my first day with my new team. The training was great and I was able to learn most of the things that I need in the operations. I think my team mates were nice as well as our team leader Ms. Natasha. I do hope that I'll make it through the probationary period this time. My past experience was pretty bad and it really affected my chance of getting hired. I know I'll do better here. Just follow the FLOW... :D

Altador Cup

Altador Cup has just began. I'm with the Krawk Island's team. Too bad I don't have much time playing neopets this past few months. But I'm looking forward to getting the avatar that is only released during Altador Cups. And I do hope that Krawk Island will be this years champion even without me.. HAHAHA.. :D

The 17 days of training is finally over. The result... I passed, and I'll now be a probationary employee of Qualfon Philippines.
